least one day in advance for routine service and one week in
advance for installation of new equipment.

- Ensure Your Satisfaction
The installation or service of your equipment is completed to your satisfaction, on time - the first time.
- Ensure "No Surprises" Billing
If we submit a bid or a quote for work to be performed, we guarantee that our bill will never exceed the amount quoted unless you approve changes and that an invoice will be submitted to you within 10 days following the completion of work.
- Conduct Thorough Follow-Up
We will make a follow-up call within one week of the completed installation of any new product purchased and installed by Lines of Communication to ensure that the solution is meeting your expectations.
